I bought a used Kenmore Refrigerator and had issues with the freezer leaking almost immediately. They came out worked on it and a few few weeks later same issue. This time they came out and I was charged For the visit for the same issue. I didn't receive quality service or quality item in my opinion

Rip off. Paid $350 for a repair and called 2 weeks after the 30 days when I had some free time to request they come fix the loose noise that started after the repair. They would not come fix or diagnose the problem without a $70 fee just to look at it. It sounds like a screw came loose.

We needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator on the fly. We checked out our regular used appliance spot and they were wiped out of new-house ready inventory. FH came through, same day and with a great deal. We are so happy and grateful for the customer service.

Wonderful to do business with. They have many new and used appliances in their showroom with great prices. Delivery men showed up on schedule and setup my new stove and refrigerator perfectly. I will be back to purchase a washing machine.
