Purchased a dryer last week & had a great experience. After installing it, we noticed it was not heating up. Called the owner and he immediately offered to come out to see what was going on. Turns out it was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the dryer. We really appreciated him going out of his way to diagnose the issue at no extra charge. Since fixing the electrical issue, the dryer has worked perfectly! Highly recommend 🙂

We recently purchased a new French Door Refrigerator @ Appliances 4 Less in Wilmington. Our experience was top notch from the moment Thomas, the owner, greeted us. The price was very good considering the small dent and Thomas was very knowledgeable both with the product and warranties. The delivery team had it out that afternoon and was very courteous and kind as well. I worked in the appliance industry for 20 years as well as the cabinet industry for an additional 20 years so I was very pleased and would recommend this store.

The installation was flawless. They even fixed my dryer hookup. Delivered same day within hours and removed the old one. They're SO nice and kind. I'm never going to shop anywhere else. These folks better never close as long as I live here. 🤣
