Online order was super easy. Ken online sales rep had my invoice & delivery scheduled shortly after my payment went through. I ordered on Wednesday afternoon & had delivery setup for that Friday (today) the 2 guys that delivered were completely professional, hauled away my old appliances & walked me through the new machines. I love the next day delivery & would highly recommend grand appliance after my experience with them. No hassling sales people & super fast delivery of in stock items. Can’t beat that
