Rutland Appliances

My wife and I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Rutland Appliances, and our experience with them reminds us how important it is to shop at a local store. We made a mistake on our order, which wasn't discovered until the washer and dryer were delivered. I spoke with Jonathan, and he was so understanding, patient, and helpful. The washer and dryer were returned and the correct ones ordered. We can only imagine the problems this would have caused with a “box store”. Delivery is so easy, too. An approximate time is given, and one is able to see on the net where the truck is currently. The men making the delivery call when they're about 30 minutes away, too. Our delivery was actually made a bit earlier than estimated. Both of the men making the delivery were efficient, knowledgeable, careful, and caring. Our mudroom, where the washer and dryer were being installed, isn't very level, but great care was taken to be sure the machines were leveled and everything was up and working. Finally, Rutland Appliances' price for the machines, delivery, removal of the old machines, and installation were comparable to the “box stores”. I don't write a review very often, but the people at Rutland Appliances earned a review. If you're in Rutland Appliances area, which is fairly large, do yourself and favor and get your appliance from them. I can guarantee you'll be happy you did.

I purchased an Electrolux front load washing machine from Rutland Appliance and the process from purchase to Installation was smooth and quick. Kolby and Anthony delivered the washer within the two hour delivery window and installed it and remove the old one. They also cleaned up the floor under the 16-year-old washing machine that they took away. They were quick efficient and had clearly done many installs. I usually shop at the big box stores for appliances, but this time I decided to shop local and was very happy with the full service I received with Rutland Appliance. I will likely shop there again when I have a need.

Super pleased with our entire experience purchasing a dishwasher from Rutland Appliance. Knowledgeable support from Ernesto and Jonathan in selecting our model. Holly was very professional and accommodating with managing our delivery. The installation by Kyle and Jerry was thorough and well done. Will definitely go see them again the next time we need a new appliance.

I own a Killington Vermont condo and needed to replace my Kenmore microwave. Since they no longer make the same model and we needed a similar microwave that doesn't hit the wall when the door is opened, I decided to call Rutland appliances during Xmas week. Not expecting anyone to answer at 8am, low and behold, Jonathan did and found exactly what we needed. I asked if I can send him pics of the current microwave just to double check the new one would work, and he said yes send them right over. We placed the order over the phone and set up a delivery and install for a reasonable fee. True to their word they called the day before install and gave me time options. They showed up that day and removed the old micro and installed the new one and did a test run. All in all a 5 star job to Jonathan and his crew at Rutland appliances which we will be sure to use in the future and Reco to others. Best, Mike
