Avoid, heard good reviews about this business to be let down. Ordered a dishwasher to be professionally installed and ordered. Showed up, half tore apart everything, refused to finish install because they found that mice had taken up residency under the dishwasher (yes, mouse poop, the dreaded mouse poop). I helped finish vacuuming out because they refused to vacuum anymore and they left complaining that they couldn't breathe and had to go to the hospital. I've never laughed so hard in my life. If you live in Vermont, your house has had a mouse or two under the cabinets. I've never seen a professional service installation person / company act like this in my 25 years as an adult. The real reason they walked off the job was because this isn't a modern house that has everything brand new in it, and things aren't always easy when you go back and remove an appliance that was installed 20 years ago. It wasn't just an easy 5 second thing, got frustrated and left me hanging. Thankfully I've installed a dishwasher or two, and my dad is going to help be my second set of hands like always. Would be nice to find professionals in Rutland, but these guys aren't it. Pathetic.
*edit three weeks later: My father and I had time this past weekend to finally install this dishwasher. Between the two of us screwing around and two HomeDepot trips to get the things we needed, it only took us two and half hours to get things perfect. There actually was nothing hard about the install after doing it ourselves. Too bad that Best Appliance will never be the "best" in our book. Can't believe you can't hire someone and PAY them to install an appliance in 2026.
