Its easy for stores to give good customer service when they want a sale— but to give good service even though the sale didn’t go through is priceless!

I bought a beautiful scratch and dent four door fridge from Reds. Originally a $3800 fridge I got for a little more than half plus haul away, delivery and an extended warranty. (My last fridge from Costco died after two years right after the warranty expired) My experience from the two women in the front of the store to delivery was nothing but stellar. The two delivery guys even fixed my front storm door that the wind broke weeks before they were here. Thank you for making the process stress free and easy!

The staff at Reds Appliance were very helpful and Geovanna the salesperson I met with gave me a better price than all other appliance stores, and Home Depot for a new oven. Geovanna assisted me with the purchase, installation and delivery. A very knowledgeable person and honest store.
