If I was able to give this place no stars i would. Benson and his wife that’s in charge of this place sold me a broken refrigerator I spent $650. After I came in there multiple times with my baby saying that the refrigerator did not work benson came to my residence saying that he fixed the refrigerator and he didn’t he made it worst. The refrigerator started making loud noises and still nothing was staying cold. I went back again they said I can buy another and they would give a discount. The rest of the refrigerators there was disgusting had roaches or wasn’t cleaned at all or they were not cold. This place is a joke and a rip off. If I find out I can sue them I will. Don’t waste your time going here I promise you will regret it.

Based on my experience, it felt like the appliances hadn’t been properly inspected or refurbished before being sold. Overall, I felt let down and ignored as a customer. I personally would not recommend buying from this place. Spare yourself the stress and choose a more reliable business that stands behind its products and values its customers. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service throughout this process was terrible. I purchased two refrigerators from this business and had a terrible experience. The first fridge stopped working after just one month, and when I contacted them, they replaced it with another one promising it would work properly this time. Unfortunately, the replacement broke down within a few weeks as well. My landlord was understandably upset and even asked for just a partial refund, not the full amount, yet the owner refused to give it. The customer service is awful completely unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. At this point, I honestly believe they pick up old or broken appliances, do quick patch-up fixes, and resell them for profit. It’s unfair and unethical to take people’s hard-earned money and deliver poor-quality products with no apology, accountability, or compensation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere reputable where your money and trust are respected.
