I can’t say enough good things about Kevin from L&W Appliance Sales and Service. He went above and beyond to help my family when we really needed it. Our dryer broke down, and as a pregnant mom of two busy boys with endless laundry, it felt overwhelming. Kevin came out on a Sunday, which alone was incredibly appreciated, and got our dryer up and running quickly. Because of his kindness and dedication, I didn’t have to miss work or fall behind at home. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, responsive, and genuinely caring about their customers. First time ever using this company. Kevin is one of few if anyone left thats willing to help out even on a Sunday and when your in a jam. Responsive and met a later in the evening since I had plans and just a solid guy. Had my part and also gave me tips for how to install and anything that could happen. Part was rite and will recommend to all of my friends and family..Thank you Kevin

I called Kevin one morning to let him know my oven was not working. He went out of his way for a same-day visit to come and diagnose the issue. He was very up front and honest (and helpful!!!). Highly recommend giving him a call if you need it. I will definitely be using again and sharing his name with friends!
