My family recently purchased a dining set from Smith’s Furniture, and the experience was exceptional. Over the years, we have bought many pieces of furniture from various stores, but the customer service we received at Smith’s Furniture was truly the best we have ever experienced. Unlike many furniture retailers, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. Our sales associate, Imagene, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. She gave us the time and space to explore our options and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We were so impressed with the store and the service that just a few weeks later, we returned to purchase a lift chair. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Smith’s Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at competitive prices, along with outstanding customer service. If you prefer a relaxed shopping experience without feeling pressured by sales staff, this is definitely the place to shop.

First time visiting this furniture store and was very impressed by the variety. We where in need of a recliner since ours was broken down on its way out. We ended up finding a reclining love seat to take its place. I've also fallen for several dining sets they have available and debating going back for a second purchase. This place has it all and reasonably priced. To be close to home is also a plus. Seems it's hard to find furniture stores close by that aren't overpriced but Smiths Furniture is a must visit. Employees where extremely helpful. They didn't follow us around tryin to make a sale but was easily fount if we had any questions. Highly recommend checking them out. I'm really disappointed in the dining room table I purchased from this store. When delivered, the men had to fix the leaf in the middle by practically taking it apart because the leaf would not unfold. It still will not work properly. Once they left and I was moving the chairs, I realized it was the wrong color table. I called the store and I was told " they don't make that table in that shade, are you sure it's that shade" I'm looking right at it so yes, I'm sure. The leaf not working, they were not interested in. Their solution if I didn't like the table was for me to come pick a new table. Reordering the same table in the correct shade was not an option, I asked and they said it wasn't an option? Ultimately because the table was a gift, I decided to get over the color of the table and not pick a new one. I regret that. I keep finding new things one the table every day. The corners are fading, there is a chip on it and the wood is splintered off on a chair. I've not even had this table for 2 months. I chose this store because I have family members who go on and on about their furniture they've had for 20+ years from Smiths. I don't know what happened with their products between then and now but my table is not a good product. Very disappointed. Edit: Wanted to add a picture of the "antique honey" color of the table.
