Mr Appliance

Today my fridge was not cooling properly (for the 3rd day). I called Mr. Appliance and they said they could come today late afternoon. I was thrilled. They then called me right back and said they could come right over if it’s ok. I said “YES PLEASE”. Jessie and Cory arrived in 30 minutes and had my fridge diagnosed in less than 15 min, gave me a quote with time and money and were completely finished within the time frame of 45 minutes. Not only did they fix it, they were complete gentleman, very kind, polite AND professional; they cleaned up after themselves! Not a finger or foot print left any where!! I told them that their wives/girlfriends would be very proud of them both!! They told me if I had any more issues or questions to call back. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this company to anyone and especially Jessie and Cory! They were awesome!!

Excellent experience. Called in morning and received same day service. Issue was diagnosed, estimate given, and work completed. Whirlpool Washer needed pump replaced and dryer needed new maintenance kit to replace worn parts. Work was completed quickly and price was well worth not having to replace. Technician David took great effort to keep area clean while repairing. Prompt response, excellent service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Mr.Appliance was very professional and repaired our 22 month old built in microwave/convection oven. I called them and the next afternoon they came to our home. Our microwave is working like new! Plus a 1 year warranty on labor and the parts that was replaced! They also honor our Military with a discount! I will definitely call them again if I need to. Also will tell all my friends and family about them. Thank you, Mr. Appliance.

Easy to book the appointment. Communication was great but a warning if you have an " As-Is" appliance purchased from scratch & dent they will NOT service it. Today my technician arrived and immediately refused to service our fridge because it has an "As-Is" stamp on it. I also was required to still pay the trip charge even though he was here for about 5 minutes.
