Excellent customer service and they back up their products!! I purchased a reasonably priced used stackable washer dryer from Malcolm at M&E and it included a 90 day warranty and delivery. About 2 months later I started having an issue with the washer wobbling and contacted him. He got back to me right away and came to pick it up for repair. He kept in touch with me the whole time, let me know what was being fixed and when it was done he delivered it back and set it up again at no additional charge! I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a used appliance. So much better than taking a risk on FB marketplace! Five stars all the way!!
