Repair man that came to the house was great to deal with. He was polite and very professional. Knowlegable about the stove and had the part we needed on hand. Office staff I talked to to make payment was also very polite.

Spend your $$$ elsewhere . The male owner is professional, extremely helpful. The lady partner: “you’re taking too much time to decide. We have another customer”. No reviews speak volumes out loud. Thank you Pro-Tech Appliance professionals….you understand customer service.
