Refrigerator went out and Rice’s Appliance had the model I was looking for, on sale at same price as big box stores. Expedited delivery to next day at no extra cost. Preston and D were super efficient with the delivery. Going back before the end of Memorial Day to take advantage of some other sales.

DO NOT BUY THE ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER! These guys are great, but do not buy these front-loaders! Esp. If you have little ones. The Washer, our socks get caught in the rubber housing, and anything but Max spin is pointless. The Dryer, clothes like to settle on the vent, so I never dry clothes and leave the house - Too Dangerous, and sheets just get into a ball!

Preston and crew did a fabulous job .. craig did a fantastic job coordinating . All in all rices did a fantastic job. Special note that Preston was able to engineer removing the old and bringing in the new sub-zero. Not a easy job.

We received our delivery today. The delivery staff were amazing. They were very careful of our newly painted home and the new laminate flooring. Preston and John were very courteous and polite. Thwy connected our appliances and set up our bed frames and mattresses. They had numerous items to deliver. They treated our home with respect.

First I want to commend the staff; OMESH, our salesman. 20 + years experience at Rice's. He knew the products, answered ALL our questions and made the buying experience (Electrolux clothes dryer) a pleasure! He guided us through a few models and brands, listened and catered to our needs and budget. He made the sale seamless. NEXT, Huge Shout out to the delivery team of PRESTON & JESUS: they were on time, dressed professionally, super courteous and efficient! They removed our old dryer, set-up and carted away ALL trash, boxes and wrapping. Informed me of the controls and started the dryer for a short cycle to "burn off" manufacturer oil on the bearings and pulley. VERY SATISFIED with this entire experience! Rice's gets 5+ Stars from me. Will be back for a new washer later.
