They went above and beyond by arranging a next-day delivery and installation. During installation, Jimmy was extremely detail-oriented and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. He took the time to explain proper setup, balancing, and care so I’d get the best performance out of my new machines. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how thorough he was. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless, thoughtful, and truly customer-focused. It’s the kind of service you just don’t see much anymore. I absolutely love my new green GE Profile washer and dryer, and I’m so grateful for the care and expertise from the FILCO team. Dan presented her with various options to consider and even offered to visit her residence to measure and ensure the appropriate size refrigerator was ordered. Upon selecting a refrigerator, Dan expedited the order, enabling her to receive it installed within the same week. He surpassed all expectations and exhibited remarkable kindness towards my ninety-year-old mother, who was experiencing considerable stress. Danny was of tremendous help in getting us a new refrigerator at an incredible price. Our old tridge went out over a weekend and all food spoiled - searched for a reliable fridge and this company delivered! We've had the fridge for 2 years now and zero issues.
