They don't fix appliances that weren't purchased from them... and they're incredibly rude about conveying that. You'd think they'd try to win new customers by being nice so that they might buy from them next time they're in the market for an appliance.

I Got same day service!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well what needed to be done and the extra care I could do a for maintaining the appliance . New in town so grateful!

My one month old ice maker died so frigidaire called Ford appliance to come fix it. They never called me so I called and left two messages with them and weeks later I found out they only service what they sell. Don't ever buy Frigidaire appliances and especially Don't buy from Ford appliance. They lie like a rug!

This place is a ripp off! They came to install my aquasana whole house water filtration system and over charged us. Before they came we already rinsed the tank and cleared out the area where they will install the unit. We installed the reverse osmosis ourselves so all they had left to do was the main system which isnt that difficult but just because we dont have the pipe cutting tools we had them do that part. The reason they ripp us off is, Ford appliance sent 2 guys to come do this simple task. They spent 2 hrs only and it charged us $1055! That means they charged us 4×trip charge, should only be half of that because they both came in the same van, just one trip. They charged us for the labor of 4 hrs because thats 2 men, which we didnt ask for 2 men or 2 men was not needed at all. On top of that they did a poor job because the system was drippimg water and they knew but says to call them back if the drip doesnt stop. Its been over a week and it is still dripping. We complained and called them a couple times and they never called us back. They keep putting us of. Very poor and bad business practice trying to ripp people off!
