I had a great experience with Grand Appliance! They delivered my washer and dryer, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The delivery team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything with care and made the process easy. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Grand Appliance to anyone looking for new appliances!

1970’s house:2026 built-in ovens. This was not an easy fit and I am so glad the team at Greenfield Grand of my salesperson Jimmy and the installation team of Jose and Danny worked with me and it is done and beautiful. I bought a new over the range microwave. Good experience overall. Sales process was quick and easy at the store. They have a much larger selection online if you want to go that route. I paid Grand to do the installation which was only $139 including delivery and disposal of the old unit.. Providing a ladder and clean up were my jobs, but then again $139 is very reasonable; I can do the cleanup. Installation quality was adequate. The unit is installed and it looks good. My only complaint is that their automated scheduling system is rather jacked up. You pretty much have to be home all day for delivery. Yesterday, the system texted me stating they would be here between noon and 4:00 today. Then this morning, I received another text stating that they would be here at 11:00 a.m., and there was a link to a map showing where the truck was and the real estimated arrival time. The system said I was the fourth stop and they had just finished their third stop, but then I watched the truck make three more stops. They finally arrived at around 1:45. The driver called me about 35 minutes out to tell me that they were on their way which was great. I should have just ignored the texts and the maps and waited for the driver to call me. Sometimes the old way is the best way.
