I’m so happy and excited to finally have my brand new coin-operated Speed Queen washing machine! They even took the old one that wasn’t working and had the new one delivered and installed while I was at work—complete with brand new steel braided water hoses. It was such a great moment to come home to that, and my son and I had a blast spending some quality time together learning how it works. When I first called, they thought it might take a couple of weeks to get the model I wanted. But then the guy I spoke to checked with one of his coworkers, and they figured out they could get it in just two days. I called on Monday night, and by Wednesday afternoon it was already installed and ready to go. Talk about fast service! From the start, the people at the store were amazing—super friendly, efficient, and easy to reach. I called pretty much every Speed Queen dealer around, and these guys were by far the fastest to respond. They always answered the phone, or called me back right away, and double-checked every detail to make sure everything was just right. The washer still smells brand new, even after using it. It washes clothes in about 30 minutes, which saves us a ton of time, and everything comes out smelling super fresh. Plus, it comes with a three-year warranty, which gives me peace of mind. All around, I couldn’t be happier!
