I will always use Frederick’s Appliance Center, a family owned business in Redmond. They are great, customer service is the best. Very professional always. The delivery service is professional, efficient and timely. Brad and Ryan were very accommodating. They took care of everything for me, definitely white glove service. I highly recommend this business for all of your appliance needs,

Rich S. was our salesperson and he was absolutely stellar. Very personable, helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. He was able to get us a good delivery date as soon as possible since the delivery guys were just going to drop off our appliance and did not need to install anything. The two guys who delivered our appliance were helpful and very nice. We appreciate Rich S for taking care of us and Fredrick’s for having great deals on appliances.

I am extremely happy with my experience here! The staff are extremely knowledgeable. They've been to all the trade shows and manufacturer trainings and what not, and really know their stuff. The prices were really competitive as well, and have something for everyone. I used to drive by all the time thinking this was some extremely luxury appliance store that was well beyond my price point, and while they do have things like that, they have plenty of normal appliances for normal people too. I had a fantastic experience with my sales rep. I came in needing a new dishwasher and we talked about all sorts of models. And then I left without buying one. There was no pressure on me at all to get something! These are not "used car salesman" type people, and I have a lot of respect for that. I returned a few days later after pondering my dishwasher choices, and payment and scheduling was super easy. The install technician was super good. If I understand correctly, he was an employee of Fredericks and not a 3rd party contractor. He removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one better than the old one was installed! The people before me cut a lot of corners with the kitchen, and the installer un-cut a lot of those corners, which I am thrilled about. I'm a very happy customer! I know exactly where I'm going to go when I need more appliances.

I recently had to replace my 20 y/o refrigerator, which was on its last leg. I had thought about using Costco or Home Depot, but with my past positive experiences with Fredrick's, I knew to trust them again. Michael Factora at Fredrick's walked me through the differences between the models I had researched. No pressure to buy. The delivery guys, Chris and Brian, were personable, friendly, and skilled with the installation. They were very careful with the copper water valve so as not to cause any damage. The setup was perfect, and I am enjoying my new refrigerator. Oh, and they had the same prices as Costco for the President's sale for the model I wanted. I highly recommend this local business and will use them again in the future.

We had numerous unsuccessful purchases from big box discount stores where new models with lots of electronics did not wash clothes (dry areas from washer, washer stopping due to load imbalances etc). We then stopped at Fredericks in Redmond. Great sales guy Mark Skar listened to us - no fancy electronic push buttons etc, just old fashioned dials and simple instructions. He suggested Speed Queen with dial controls. Great appliances and surprisingly quiet. I think they will last us a long time. After almost 6 months of regular use we could not be happier. Great low key customer service with no pressure to upsell. They also have a repair service onsite. Would highly recommend them - a family owned business.
