I called bc my oven was giving off extra smells. The gentleman patiently answered my questions and gave me basically a full free consult over the phone. Looks like we will need a new oven but I had to leave a good review for my gratitude for his help!

This man was amazing! He knew exactly what the problem was; in, out, gone in 20 minutes!! For my washer in June. Two weeks ago I had left a voicemail for a service call on my Mom's dryer. It would only work on the timed cycle. Low and behold I get a call from Patrick one of the service guys. I tell him what's going on, and he then explains that the dryer hose to the vent needed cleaning. Well, let's just say Patrick is definitely an A+!! The real kicker is; he called back today to see if indeed that was the problem!!! Talk about a jaw drop 😳 Getting ready drop some $$ in that store because Mom doesn't like those washers with the locking lid! 😊 Thanks guys!!!!

Chris was excellent! Helped us pick out the right washer & dryer for our needs. Awesome service! Picked out on Monday, delivered and installed on Wednesday 👍 it doesn’t get any better! The gentlemen installed and checked both items before leaving. Don’t get this kind of service at a box store. We will be back👍👏
