Went to VAAC to ask questions about unit someone installed. Was met by Shannon and he answered a couple questions I had. Good guy, professional and helped me out. Even though it is some kind of foreign crap someone else installed. Even followed up to see if he could be of assistance. Great guy to do business with.

I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Texas heat is no joke and although they had appointments all day they made time to run by and fixed my AC outage issue in minutes! They also taught me how to properly maintain my unit through out the year. Thank you guys for saving me from being a hot tamale this Summer! If you are looking for a good Appliance and AC company this is the one you should contact first hands down.

I called Victoria Appliance and Air to address several issues that an inspector discovered in a house I was purchasing. Called and was scheduled the next day for a service call. Francisco and Dylan arrived on time the nest day. They immediately got to work to resolve the issues. Very professional and made quick work of the repairs. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them for all my AC needs in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing people doing amazing work. Was available within 24hours after calling. Shannon is the owner and came out himself.. extremely knowledgeable and honestly just great to talk With. He did the repairs cheaper than everyone else quoted. I will not be using any other company except VAAC going forwards! These guys are freaking awesome!!!!
