I highly recommend Manna Distributors.  Our fridge died recently, and they were recommended (by someone I trust) as a source to help us find a new one.  We worked with Scott Harris on choices, and purchased from Wolf/SubZero/Cove on Sage in Houston.  On the latter, we worked with Michelle Meshberger - she was great at explaining difference between our choices. Manna not only presented us various options, but also helped with installation of fridge.  Jesse did the finalization work on installation - he was great! And very helpful. We are looking at other new appliances, and will definitely work with Scott again!

Ordered two new Bosch dishwashers from Manna Distributors. From the time we ordered to delivery and installation was under a week. Jesse, their technician, was pleasant, professional, and did a great job with the installation. The entire process was clean, quick, and very smooth overall. It’s refreshing to work with a responsive and professional team from order to installation. Highly recommend.

I would never do business with this company again. I purchased an entire suite of Thermador appliances through Cookchill/Manna Distributors and worked directly with their representative, Diana Braun. I spent tens of thousands of dollars and was excited for installation. Unfortunately, my refrigerator and under-counter refrigerator were delivered damaged, including a bent refrigerator handle and damaged refrigerator panels. Since delivery, Diana Braun has been the person I have been communicating with, and I have not received meaningful updates or progress from her. It has now been six weeks with no resolution. Our last email exchange was two weeks ago, and she has not followed up with any status or next steps. In that last email, I was told the replacement panels would be delivered within a week. That timeframe passed with no delivery and no update. I do my best to research major purchases, but this experience turned into exactly the kind of situation you hope will never happen. After they collected my payment, the lack of follow-through has been alarming. Even beyond the sparse email communication, I made multiple phone calls and was promised return calls that never materialized. The lack of empathy and lack of urgency after delivering damaged products told me a lot about this company’s values. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to friends or family. If you are looking for high-end appliances for a kitchen remodel, I suggest looking elsewhere.

The installers were professional, very skilled, and incredibly fast, they knew exactly what they were doing and finished the job smoothly. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Overall, the service quality was outstanding, and I highly recommend Manna Distributors to anyone looking for reliable kitchen appliance solutions.
