This is a review based on my experience with this company I have purchased several appliances over the years as i have several properties over texas and as im moving forward towards houston I believe in reviews say 1000 words. As i looked into this company I can build a relationship so they can supply appliances to my properties, my experience with this company i paid for delivery for early Saturday and got a call after 4pm there delivery guy will not ansawer the phone then said it would be sunday after 5 pm upon arriving they noticed they will not fit and forced them into place causing damage to walls and now the dryer makes noise the gentleman told my son open dryer and hit it with a 2x4 to bend the metal out. As they said all sales are final and there warranty is they will show you how to fix it. I would not recommend anyone to this location ever and please do more research and dont just go off reviews and the individual told be they just open this location and how did they have so many reviews if they just opened.

The staff was super helpful and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I needed. Their financing options are great and get you instantly approved. Their delivery was on time, and when I needed technical support later on, their service team handled it quickly and professionally. It’s nice dealing with people who actually care about their customers — definitely my go-to place for appliances from now on!

From the moment I walked in, Sue was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand my needs, explain the differences between various models, and worked within my budget without ever being pushy. What I appreciated most was how patient and honest she was. She definitely answered all of my questions and made the entire process stress-free! If you’re in the market for a washer and dryer (or any other appliance), I highly recommend asking for Sue!!!!!! She made my experience easy and enjoyable.
