They communicated! They came! They REMOVED my door and put it back instead of saying “the washer and dryer won’t fit”, installed in less than 20 minutes maybe shorter. Very nice. I did not get their names but it was delivered to me today! Thank yall!!! And best of all the washer and dryer set is AMAZING!

After 2 years with the company I will be stopping service due to their terrible customer service. Do not rent from them. They do not keep their word and basically said that they never said something that was most definitely said (calling me a liar). Old equipment that breaks down often and not worth the hassle of the poor customer service.

This is a wonderful company to lease from. They are very good about everything if you need a new machine just call them and they will have a new one delivered. They are very quick with their service and they do a great job with everything. I leased washer and dryer from them they are really good.

I’ve been with them for 2 years now & I always recommend them. If i ever have an issue they always has fix it in a reasonable amount of time (1-3 business days). they also are affordable compared to other quotes i have received! my dryer stopped drying my clothes and they replaced it with a whole different dryer within a few days.

I had been using their services for a few years now, and I can confidently say that they're services are the best. After trying to do more loads than I needed a few times they were a message or a call away to help with their free maintain services. And if the problem required them to take back machines, they had another ready for immediate replacement. And the prices for their services? Very affordable! I cannot stress enough about how GREAT these services are! Highly recommended if you need a washer/dryer for rental. My only real complaint is to my old apartment complex not making it easy for them to install or remove them since I have to take down the balcony sliding doors everytime haha.
