Part of a family of people that overcharge for parts. Take parts from old machines and call them new. Even when given a warranty or guarantee. Once they start to lose profit because they are unable to fix your appliance cheaply. They will then ignore your calls. Use these places at your own risk.

Muy mala experiencia. NO recomiendo pedir reparación con ellos ni comprar sus productos. NO respetan tu tiempo y el servicio deja mucho que desear. Vinieron a revisar la lavadora, y como no sabían qué tenía, se la llevaron con la promesa de no hacerle nada sin consultarme. Luego me dijeron qué tenía, acepté el mantenimiento… y pasaron semanas sin solución. Solo daban excusas. Si mostraste interés en comprar una nueva, las excusas se alargan más. Al final, me cobraron $40 dolares por HACER absolutamente NADA. Me sentí totalmente engañado como cliente. Very BAD experience. I DO NOT recommend requesting repairs from them or buying their products. They don’t respect your time and the service is very unprofessional. They came to check the washing machine, and since they didn’t know what was wrong, they took it with the promise that they wouldn’t do anything without talking to me first. Later, they told me what the issue was, I agreed to the maintenance… and then weeks went by with no solution. They kept giving excuses. If you show interest in buying a new one, the excuses drag on even more. In the end, they charged me $40 dlls for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I felt completely misled as a customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BAD AND THEY DON'T RESPECT YOUR TIME!!!! BOTH DAD AND SON. I WAS RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THEM BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! THEY TOLD YOU AT ONE HOUR AND THEY END UP DOING WHATEVER THEY WANT, SO DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME
