******* Update ******* I gave up and went to a competitor (Wilson’s). What a great decision that was. Wilson’s answered the phone, found a suitable replacement for my built in, delivered and installed it. **************** Regarding Ferguson, It is as if they don’t want to sell me anything. I called 2 days ago, and I was told that someone would call me. It didn’t happen. I called again yesterday, and I was told that someone would call me. When I asked how long I should expect to wait, I was told within 2 hours. I never got a call. I will try again today, because I have experienced this with them numerous times in the past. Maybe scheduling an appointment in the store is the way to go. I might try that next.

Visited the Woodlands store this afternoon, you are greeted at the reception desk, after that your on your own. No one to ask if they can help you, no nothing. We walked around took pictures of what we wanted and went home and ordered the items from Home Depot. Actually, we saved a lot of money. Thanks Ferguson for all the suggestions, you just lost a considerable purchase.

The showroom experience was good. Installation was a disaster. We built a new home and purchased our entire appliance package from Ferguson. The dish drawer wasn’t aligned properly but they adjusted. The dish drawer nor the ice maker was working when we moved in. They were not responsive so our plumber fixed the issues. Seems their installers installed the appliances but failed to properly install the water lines. Moreover, they never mentioned it so we didn’t know there was a problem. Attached are pictures of the broken and useless pipes and destroyed cabinet wall. BEWARE! UPDATE. Katie never contacted me as promised in their response.

If you want to be ignored-- go here. They don't want your business. Five or six employees were so glued to their computers they didn't bother to look up, greet or see if I needed any help. I walked by a desk where a man and a woman were making lunch plans in great detail and totally ignored me. I was coldly greeted by the front desk woman. I asked her where I can find what I was there for and she just pointed. Didn't walk me there, didn't grab a sales person to help out. I wandered the whole store by myself and at each desk there was a worker who didn't even attempt to sell anything to me or help me find what I was looking for.
