Tri-Supply - Beaumont

We built our home 10 years ago and the microwave just went out. I came into the store and all the sales staff was busy helping other customers. Thats when Taylor Marshal jumped in to help. She was very friendly and was able to quickly pull up the exact replacement microwave since mine had been discontinued. Of course the microwave would need a new trim kit, so they found that for me as well. When I got home, the trim kit was missing 4 screws for the faceplate, so I called the store to see if they could mail them to me since I am in Orange and they are in Beaumont. Taylor once again helped me out and had one of their drivers bring the screws to me. Taylor at Tri Supply gives the kind of service that earns your continued business. Thank you Taylor! I purchased windows for my complete house 2 weeks ago at Tri Supply Beaumont, it was a seamless, flawless buying process! Lee, who was recommended by several home owners and contractors, showed me the options, helped me decide color and what kind of window I needed. Who knew there were so many choices? We ordered that day and now 2 weeks later, exactly the time line he told me, they are being delivered. I can’t say enough about the service Lee provided.

I was very impressed with this place the moment I walked in the door! Everyone was ready to help and asked what I was interested in looking at! When I said I'm interested in looking at appliances they pointed me in the direction of a sales rep for the appliance section named John. I wanted to buy my wife a new dishwasher and was interested in a Bosch Series 300 model in Stainless steel. He immediately told me that they didn't have any 300 series in stock, but had a sale going on for the 800 series which was a little better than the 300 series at the same price as the 300 series. The only difference being the 800 series has a stainless steel bottom which I'm all for because they are so quiet you don't know they are even running!! So I made this purchase on February 11, 2026. A little over 30 days later I'm back in here in March 13, looking for an microwave/Oven Combo to replace the one that was in the house when we moved in 5 years ago. It was over 20 years old and the microwave quit within and they no longer make parts for it. So we talked about it and decided to replace the while things as it was all one unit anyways. We bought the Frigidaire 27" inch Combo Microwave and Oven. They said they had to order it and it would take a week or more and they would call to make arrangements to deliver and install it when it came in! Last week after this, I find out we need a new freezer because we didn't have enough freezer space for some beef my wife and mother in law purchased!! So Friday March 20, I'm back to buy a freezer. They inform me that the Oven/Microwave Combo is in and they want to make arrangements to deliver and install!!! I asked the rep. I was dealing with this time who was named Shawn, that I needed to look at a freezer and had one in mind. So we went to look and there were two that were close, a Frigidaire and a GE. I picked the Frigidaire because it was on sale!! So I had Shawn set it up to deliver and install both the same day, on Tuesday of next week! Tuesday arrived and I get a call saying the delivery truck is on the way. When the truck backed in I went out to meet with the crew who's names were Danny and Justin. They were very friendly and outgoing and got right to work unloading the microwave/oven combo and bring the freezer to where we wanted it. Justin and Danny didn't waste anytime getting the old unit out of the cabinet! While Just was disconnecting the old unit Danny got the Freezer unboxed and placed where we wanted it. Then he came in and helped Justin move the old oven combo out and bring the new Combo in it wasn't no time at all they had it wired up and in place. They got the old unit loaded up to take with them and Danny came back in to give me a quick run through of the operation of the Combo unit, setting the time, and turning the oven on for 45 minutes using the oven timer at 350°F to burn out the inside of the oven to prepare it for future use! Everyone involved in getting all this accomplished was really great to work with!! Danny and Justin did a really great job on getting the old oven combo out, and the new unit installed in great time. I really appreciative and grateful for Danny and Justin getting all that find and set up for us!!! They are really great guys and know what they are doing!
