Terrible customer service. I am opening a restaurant and in need of a large equipment order of $400k+ and the man answered and said he couldn't dedicate time to help me because he takes care of customers all day. I then asked for possibly a person who is dedicated for large orders and was told no, everyone has a job to do!! So rude! I typically use Ace Mart for restaurants. I'll never come back. ***UPDATE*** I called the Riverside location and spoke with Andy. He was beyond kind and got me in touch with a dedicated rep, Diana. Thank you Andy for taking time to help me, it's very much appreciated 👏

TWIMC: Patrick did an amazing job. He was very helpful guiding us to the items we needed. He walked with us through the store and was very polite and patient in answering our questions. He also helped us in ordering a spigot for a beverage dispenser. Thank you for your time, Ray DeElena

Very courteous service and large selection of office kitchen & entertainment supplies. Found useful utensils and eco-friendly disposable cutlery options. Large selection of glassware but not so much on upscale ceramic place settings & bowls. Staff were fast on checking out, thorough in price scanning and helpful carry out.

The store does have a very good inventory. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable too. The only thing that prevented me from giving the place 4 or 5 stars was the prices. They are high for many items. So, depending on what you need, they might offer a reasonable deal or be outrageously high. They're definitely convenient and very good in a pinch.
