Love this store! Lots of options, name brands and better prices than the actual retail store! We went to Ashley's and they wanted over $5k and we ordered the same sectional for just a little over 3k - best customer service love the girls in there and great payment options! 10/10 recommend!!

Autumn was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me out and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thanks to Autumn and Luke, I ended up saving $150, which was a huge bonus! Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Autumn if you get the chance!"

Came in as return customers over 15 years. Met Sarah who took extra care of us looking up items comparing things for us. Finally gathering all our items for purchase. She went the extra mile and we felt as we always have as customers "happy to spend with the Amarillo Furniture Exchange". No need to go elsewhere when there are staff members like her on the team. Great customer service indeed.

Jamel was super helpful and friendly. He made buying our 2 mattresses and guest room suite extra easy and made the process smooth. We left feeling like we knew him for forever. Autumn was very friendly and helpful as well. The prices are great, too. We will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase.
