Thomas was amazing! My husband and I had such a great experience working with him at Ultimate Appliance! We got a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer through him for very fair prices. We purchased an LG washing machine, got it home, and it didn't work; it was knocking. We called Thomas, one of the owners, right away. He came out that same night and brought a replacement washer. It worked great! After using the LG washer, we decided to buy the matching set, so he brought the LG matching set out to us. We paid the additional cost for the dryer. We used the dryer, and it did not heat. He came out the next day and changed out the sensor. It still did not heat. We returned it and got a full refund for the dryer. This place stands behind their word; 100% customer service is beyond excellent. If you're looking for scratch and dent appliances, I highly, highly recommend this business. Was on the hunt for a garage fridge but didn’t want to pay full price, so glad I found this place! Brand new fridge with a one year warranty. The owners were pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re in need of appliances and don’t mind the “scratch and dents”.
