I needed to find a dryer for my mother’s house. So I went into Buy It Appliance. Joseph was extremely helpful in describing and installing with same day service! He even went the extra mile to contact me the day after checking to make sure everything had been done. Excellent service and follow up!

Bought a Garage Ready GE refrigerator due to insufficient room in the kitchen frig. The price was a little higher than I expected at a 'scratch & dent' type store but appearance was very good and the net price delivered was close to my comfort zone. However, on day 2 we discovered the door opening had probably been changed and not installed correctly. Philo at the store earned a 5 star review by coming to my home the same evening and re- installed the doors correctly. No problems since, so I'm satisfied with the purchase and can recommend using Buy It Appliance.

Very satisfied with the service, I bought a whirlpool set and I’ve had it for about a year now and no issues have appeared! I learned that scratch and dent appliances work the same as big named stores. I bought a kitchen set for $2750 that would cost me $4765 at Lowe’s so I saved myself $2000+!! I worked with Joseph he kept me in the loop about the delivery status. Overall a smooth transaction, highly recommend!

We bought three different appliances and have been thrilled from start to finish. Products look amazing and preform just as well. Even came out the next day to assist with install when we ran into issues on our end. Cannot beat the customer service from everyone.

Wonderful customer service and products. And dare I say THE BEST prices? The owners that run this store really know what they're doing and they do it well. They do a great job explaining every product they have. They have a very very wide selection of all types of appliances and you will not be disappointed. This is the only store that I trust and will only do business with for my appliances!!
