I had a great experience with Evergreen Appliances delivery service. My delivery driver, Kyle, did an excellent job. He was respectful, professional, and made sure everything was hooked up and working properly before leaving. His service was fast, efficient, and outstanding. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism he showed during the delivery.

Left a review yesterday 5/20/26 but somehow it’s gone. I went in on Wednesday 5/20 at around 11:30 am. The young man that was there was on the phone. I completely understand it’s a business as he was there alone . He greeted us and we went to look around. He was on the phone for 14 minutes while we stood and stared at him to ask questions. He never got off the phone. All of the appliances are very dirty and the refrigerators (every one of them) smelled soooo bad. Needless to say we left and took our business on a washer ,dryer refrigerator and stove elsewhere. Very unprofessional and misleading. Dot wast your time .

Misrepresented a portable dishwasher I came to buy. I informed the owner I was coming from Rogersville, TN to get it. I got two low quality pics from several feet away and a name brand. GE. I got there an hour and a half of a drive later, and he wasn’t there. His employee informed me that they do not test their pickups to sell used, and I could not test it before I drove all the way back to Rogersville with it. Even though there was a deep basin stainless sink right there. Red flags popped up everywhere. I inspecting the condition and found it to be dented several times, rusty, black mold on the water seal on the door, the filter had fungus growing in it, and the top spinning wash nozzle was broken. I asked since I drove so far and get this surprise, I could offer $100 to take a gamble and clean it up. I guess they’ve never heard of making something you’re selling as desirable as possible just as good sales practice either. I tried speaking got the owner and he hung up on me. I messaged politely and he didn’t even bother to respond. If you want filthy and unkempt garbage from disrespectful and lazy persons that don’t give a darn about anything from separating you from your money…,go to the circus. Don’t go here. The feeling you’re left with is not a good one nor is it easy to shake. Thanks, Evergreen. You have increased my cynicism by an order of magnitude. Stay far away from this place and your days will be better for it.

Zero stars. Evergreen Appliance advertises a 30 day “Satisfaction Guarantee” that the owner does not honor. We purchased a used washer that immediately leaked from the drum on first use, flooding our laundry room and causing water damage to our kitchen and living room carpet. The damage was severe enough that we were forced to file a homeowner’s insurance claim exceeding $20,000. We returned the washer the very next day and calmly requested a refund in accordance with the 30 day guarantee. Despite the appliance being defective and having caused major property damage, the owner refused to refund our money unless we paid a 20% restocking fee. Let that sink in: a faulty machine floods our home, and the owner’s priority is collecting a restocking fee. There was no accountability, no fairness, and no concern for the customer; only rigid, self-serving behavior and a guarantee that vanishes the moment it’s inconvenient. This is not how an ethical business operates. I would not trust this owner or this business under any circumstances. Evergreen Appliance is a risk, not a service.
