Embers Grill and Fireplace Store

I have had great experiences with Embers and my most recent encounter was no different. I needed my grill repaired and the service person came out quickly, the parts were ordered and the grill was back to working in no time at all. Richard is very responsive and his employee Jason, I believe, was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a problem with our handheld remote starter for our seven-year old ventless gas fireplace that had been originally purchased from Embers by the previous owner of our home. I really appreciated that the store had all of our fireplace information still on file! The service reps who came out were very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about our fireplace and the remote starter. They were able to set us up with a new replacement remote controller during the visit and even kindly changed the fireplace batteries as well! I was very satisfied with my experience with Embers!

All's well that ends well and we are very happy with the finished conversion of our wood fireplace to gas. Good showroom experience, however, there was a miscommunication with what needed to be done prior to installation so when the first installer showed up he could not complete the install. Once those issues were resolved, Jay that did the actual install, was terrific.

Dealing with Embers was overall a great experience, especially on the front end design phase. I stopped in looking for ideas on outdoor kitchen cabinets, etc, and Scott English hooked me up. He listened my ideas, gave some advice from his expertise and his own experience, and drew a design in CAD for me in 30 minutes to get the ball rolling. Delivery and installation was on time. Their service guys even came out after the fact and didn’t give me too hard a time when the gas wasn’t on 🤦‍♂️
