Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable when picking out a new washer and dryer at Karl’s! Louden and Cody were quick and great help delivering and installing them! They were very cautious to keep our walls and floors in good shape and helpful with all questions asked.

Karl's has always been a pleasure to deal with over the years. Crystal is the best salesperson you will find. Very knowledgeable, honest and kind. She has been a pleasure to deal with. The delivery/install crew were very professional and a great job installation my new appliances. Highly recommend Karl's!!

Very efficient and pleasant to work with. I did end up having to buy it in Rapid City as the people in Spearfish ignored me Both times I was in the store. Ivery much like Carl’s for Service but definitely need to look into who’s running the spearfish store

My dryer stopped working, called Karl's. They've had a dryer and a fridge part we needed in the past. Always happens on a Saturday when the parts section isn't open. They've always had the part, always been willing to get it for us anyway. Today, however was over the top! Called and spoke with Orion C. He immediately went into search mode, found what I needed. Of course they had the part in stock, and yep... its Saturday! He grabbed it for me, we went in and had discovered we needed another part.. he found it. Did they have it? OF COURSE THEY DID! Thats not all tho, seems they have a few and dont go through them so much, so we got it for half the retail price! These guys are right by our house, never too busy that someone cant help you. Always happy to help. They've never let us down! Thanks Orion, you saved my old mans life! 😉 Thank you Karls!

Attended the grilling event again this year and noticed the Halo flat top griddle they were using. Didn’t get it that day but went back the next week and bought one. Really nice quality and has a rack. Have been using it almost daily. Would definitely recommend going to Karl’s and getting one. Nice and welcoming staff too.
