We’ve had an issue with our dryer and needed something quick to keep up on laundry. Elite is the best place and well priced to get your appliances. Definitely will be purchasing more stuff in the future. Such a great team and very helpful highly recommend.

Very professional and responsive. We had an issue with our old fridge and Jessica and crew were very accommodating and got us our fridge in less than an hour so our food didn’t spoil…we also picked up a matching dishwasher while we were there. Great prices and great team at Elite.

We had a really great experience with Elite Appliances in Smithfield during our full kitchen remodel. From the start, Jessica was amazing to work with. I felt comfortable with her right away, especially after meeting with a few others beforehand (Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.). She’s a designer and really helped bring the whole kitchen together. She really knows her stuff and made the whole process feel a lot easier. We ended up getting our double wall oven through her as well, and she worked with us the entire time, always patient and accommodating without ever making us feel rushed. It’s a family-owned business, and you can feel that right away. Everyone is professional, kind, and easy to work with. Their prices are reasonable, and we were able to take advantage of some great seasonal deals. Jay and Will were also fantastic with delivery and removal of our old appliances. They had to work around a tricky sliding door situation and handled it like pros. Overall, we felt really supported throughout the whole process and would absolutely recommend them.

Awesome awesome people. Going back to purchase more appliances and to schedule a floor install, plus counter tops. This place is a hidden gem that you need to check out. Stay away from the big box store !!!!! They will out price, out perform and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase

Purchased a brand new fridge, my salesman was Will, and he did a great job finding me what I wanted. He also came out with Jay to deliver and install the fridge, and they did an awesome job of being careful and installing the water line correctly.
