I was given a 3 hour window for delivery. Scott called when they were 20 mins out which was appreciated. Delivery showed up well within the given time frame and the two gentleman delivering the oven where very professional. These guys are Great! Not only do they sell quality appliances but their customer service is the the BEST I have ever encountered. Taking the time to walk though issues and solve every one. How rare and nice is that? We purchased a refrigderator and dishwasher. Both european models that when you look them up they have better specs and reviews than the others. And they look and perform really well.

Great place to actually find appliances in stock.. it is a scratch and dent store so damage may vary. The person I spoke to working there was very knowledgeable. I picked up this wall mount stove for $600 less than Home Depot and it was just missing a few screws.
