I was sold a used appliance that was 6 years old with the promise of a manufacturer warranty. It wouldn't even turn on and because it was used the warranty was void. The dishwasher needs over $500 in parts plus whatever labor costs and that's the price I paid for it. Do not waste your time

We had a wonderful experience buying a new washer and dryer. John was so helpful, honest and gave sound advice. The prices were very competitive, if not better than other Black Friday Deals. They delivered very quickly and I love that I can call the store and talk to someone directly if I ever have an issue. I highly recommend this store.

John provided exceptional service! When our washing machine broke, he spent 20 minutes patiently walking me through potential fixes. Once we decided to replace it, he acted quickly to ensure the new machine was delivered and set up without delay. His pricing was competitive, and it felt great supporting a local business instead of a big-box store.

John and his crew are the best. Living in Barrington for more than two decades, Barrington Appliance has been consistent in delivering great customer service and quality appliances.. My favorite memory is when John helped us fix our dryer by giving us advice over the phone.
