Bought a washer from them. The lid lock broke took him like 3 weeks to fix. Last week the washer stopped mid cycle and will not work. Called said he would call back and never did. Called again said he would call back and never did. What a joke.

We are remodeling the kitchen and want a French door refrigerator and a stainless steel tub dishwasher. Dave was very helpful in showing us floor models and specific details online. I appreciate that he did not try to up sell or push us to any specific appliance. Hw was very honest about the time it may take to receive the items. The atmosphere is a little dark, but Dave's helpfulness was a bright spot.

Ordered flush hall lights. Told items were available. This was in April. Only 1 has come in. Still waitin, it is now July. Terrible customer service. Terrible everything. They were fast to take my money, but still have not produced a product. Never again!
