Bill Vandergrift Inc

This place is fantastic. I walked in on Saturday to purchase a new washing machine, and it was installed on Monday! I was lucky it happened to be in stock, but it is clear Vandergrift Inc. runs a tight ship. It is nice to see people take pride in their work -- at all levels of the organization. The salesman David made ordering so easy, and the coordinator Lindsay was able to move the date *up* from Tuesday to Monday. The delivery guys Rodney and Tyler were so fun. I really enjoyed their company and energy, and they did a great job installing the new washer! Rodney gave us advice on a longstanding issue with the washer. We still have to test out his theory but if it works out it will be an additional win and reason to work with Bill Vandergrift Inc.

While everyone I’ve interacted here has been pleasant and polite, I have been without a working dishwasher for almost 2 months now (which was purchased slightly less than a year ago) . Once the first service was finally scheduled, they had to reschedule to four days later. Then I was told by the contractor at service they will be able to get the replacement parts and fix the dishwasher in a week. One week later, I’m still waiting for them to get back to me on even scheduling the follow up visit for the repair… Very frustrating as I've waited over a week just to schedule again the next follow up service appointment. Once it was finally scheduled last Friday for the following week Thursday (today), the contractor did not show up. I called the office multiple times only to be told they “thought they scheduled me for next week, we’ll give you a call back things have been so busy.” So incredibly frustrating! It should not take two months to wait to get a fairly new dishwasher repaired! No sense of customer service or care just excuses after excuses and empty promises.

It was a pleasure doing business with everyone at Bill Vandergrift store. Lindsay was very accommodating and even though I changed my mind several times, she was always professional and helped find the best oven for my needs. The service people who worked in my home were knowledgeable and when they left everything was cleaned and the trash taken away with them. It was a pleasure doing business at Bill Vandergrift and I highly recommend them for any appliance you want to buy or repair.
