I have been replacing the appliance in my house the last 2 months and decided to get a refrigerator from them and my 2nd puchase a stove. I thought the price was good thats why I had gone back the second time. Free delivery in a decent distance, they also removed the old unit for free. Show room was a warehouse not a bad idea for what they are. For the stove I had to show up a few times though they have a website I wanted to see the unit, personal choice. I had purchased a washer/dryer at HD recently and can say for a landlord or you want a decent unit for cheaper than other stores you can save some cash. The down being the delivery * I did an update * can be a little tough but they did work with me and the delivery people both times had did a great job.

Absolutely amazing experience! We were in and out in about 20mins with no idea what we were looking for! Ray guided us through finding the right refrigerator for our space and answered all of our questions. We left feeling very satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be back for our next appliance! The check out process and free delivery was another added bonus! Could not recommend K&A more!!

Everything was great. Our dryer died and we had use K & A before - so we went back. Laid back sales guys - which is great. They didn’t have the model we looked at on their web site, they did have a better model for just a few dollars more. I looked and I can’t find the scratch or dent. A week later their installers showed up right when promised and 2 very nice young lads removed our old dryer and hooked up the new one and verified that it worked. Looks like another win from K & A, I hope we never need them again - but you know we’ll be back if we do.
