Kleckner & Sons

This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.

My Speed Queen was delivered yesterday and Mike & David did a fantastic job setting it up and taking out the old washer (note Kleckner & Sons does this free--many others now charge you to remove your old washer!). Mike & David called before coming to deliver, were very helpful in answering my questions, installed everything neatly, did a test run and was very happy with their service! Will was my salesman and he did a nice job explaining the different washers & other questions I had -- followed up on delivery time I wanted. Great experience with Kleckner & Sons -- will use again -- and started using my American-made Speed Queen immediately!
