So happy with my water heater (especially the price!) but disappointed with the customer service I received from Karissa. I called to receive clarification on a shipping question and was met with a less than helpful response. Treating customers with respect instead of a nuisance should be a priority.

Received a mailer for an energy efficient hybrid water heater. GPC's price (with/without rebates) was $400 cheaper than everywhere else I looked and included free shipping! It felt too good to be true, so I called them up to talk with someone. Ended up pulling the trigger and couldn't be happier. Had it delivered the next day and installed it myself that night. Thanks!

Great great price (and free shipping, no taxes!!) - and service - on a GE GeoSpring hot water heater. I called the office twice with questions and both times a person answered the phone. Due to an internet problem I ordered two heaters - and fortunately for me - someone from GP Conservation caught the error and phoned me to check if I wanted to cancel. I appreciate the special service as I do not need two heaters. Only problem was that the delivery was a few days later than initially promised but no big deal.
