Giving them 3 stars because I think they are good people. But, I bought a whirlpool dishwasher. About a year and half after buying the dishwasher, it started leaking underneath the door. I rearranged to dishes to see if that helped, it didn't They sent one guy out who replaced one part, it still leaked. They sent a second guy out and made an adjustment to one part. It's still leaking. I decided to run a shorter cycle to see if I could get the dishes washed before it started to leak. I put it on a normal wash (shorter run time) and it's leaking about an hour and a half in. I really like using the sterilize option but if I use that it takes longer and I have to keep checking the dishwasher for leaking. As soon as I can afford it, I'm replacing the dishwasher. I'm sure I will not be getting another whirlpool dishwasher. I'm not sure if I'll buy from Harry's again. They are really good people and I bought from them because I prefer to buy from a local company that has their own service department. If do I buy from them again, it'll be because the appliance is a better deal price wise, than the other places. But it's frustrating because I have to keep an eye on the dishwasher. I currently have a water leak sensor on the floor which makes a very loud sound when it comes in contact with water, which give me more peace on mind than the dishwasher. I have decided though not to call them back for another check on the dishwasher. Already spent enough money.
Update: They replaced the soap dispenser earlier in the year it's now leaking jet dry inside the dishwasher. The replacement part needs to be replaced, but it's been more than 30 or even 60 days. Lowering it down to 2 stars based on the repairs.
Final review: replaced dishwasher with a different much higher rated brand (and decided to upgraded range at the same time) Went with a different establishment.
