To start off, my arrival window was between 2 and 5. James gave me a call around 1:30 saying he was on his way. Amazing punctuality and when he arrived he was very nice and polite. He was able to find the problem very quick and within 30 minutes he had replaced the door switch and had my dryer working again. Amazing service and I will be calling Ace again the next time I need appliance repair done
