Mike Tuliano helped me and was great about responding in a timely manner to questions and was helpful arranging the purchase and delivery. The washer and dryer were delivered seemlessly on time. This company went above and beyond to be fair and honest. I will purchase more items and refer Prestige Home Furnishings to friends and family.

Purchased a fridge, washer, dryer, range, microwave, dishwasher, deep freezer and tv from them. What they tell you: these are overstock or last year's models from Lowes, Home Depot, Costco, etc. What they are: scratch and dent When I purchased the items, I was told that if I decided I didn't want any of the items, to just notify them and they would cancel them before delivering. I requested to cancel the tv and the deep freezer as I didnt need them and text the owner multiple times about it and they even confirmed they would be removed from my order. On delivery day, these two items were still delivered. I immediately text and called the owner about the issue and never received a response. I had been in communicate with them through text for the previous months and they would respond immediately. But once my items were delivered, he stopped responding. I tried returning the two items but they would not take them back. The customer service has been embarrassing honestly. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. If you do, don't expect any customer service once your items are delivered.

The furniture is high quality, well-made, and exactly as described. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in excellent condition. I was impressed by the attention to detail and customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable furniture and a smooth shopping experience.
