Couldn’t even get past the phone call he called me back and left a voicemail and was mad disrespectful saying “you called me remember quit playing” if I could post the voicemail I would. Not calling back. Craigslist got better attitudes.

I needed a dryer asap. I found one that I liked there and the price was very reasonable. They were very helpful and bent over backwards for me. I'm definitely going back when my washer finally dies.

Rude on the phone while asking questions about a product. Sadly, I won’t be even visiting store to buy due to customer service skills over the phone.

I called to see if this place would buy my working washer and dryer set and the person on the phone was extremely rude. They hung up on me before I could even say bye. I was shocked. My husband heard the conversation and even made a comment about how rude they sounded on the phone.

I went to this store during hours which are advertised as being open for business, opened the door, only to have the owner start yelling at me. He said "why did you come in here? The store is closed." I guess it never occurred to him to lock the door if the store is closed. This place does not sell to the public.
