Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. John came to measure to be sure everything would fit where I needed it to go, before I ordered. After the appliances were installed there were a few minor adjustments that needed to be made. Everything was taken care of in a week and I love the appliances and service I received.

John Cohen Jr at Bobby Teague has provided wonderful service to my mother when she needed a new dishwasher and a new refrigerator. I felt that all of our questions were answered. Delivery was fast and performed professionally. Everyone communicated clearly throughout the process. The prices were competitive; you don't have to sacrifice personal service for price. Absolutely the best Customer Service and efficiency. Shanequa spent time with me on the phone and in the showroom to help me find the perfect washing machine for my budget and needs. John was also extremely helpful in making my final decision, organizing the purchase and delivery. I showed up at the showroom at 2 PM, with expert help had chosen and paid for my appliance within 45 minutes and the washer was delivered as promised the next day by noon. What wonderful and pleasant service!!

Purchased 3 appliances from Bobby Teague about 12-1/2 years ago and remembered having a very satisfactory experience so, when the washing machine we bought back then finally broke down, this seemed to be the logical place to go. Happily I can report as great a service as we got back then! Upon entry we were immediately greeted. They do require customers to wear a face covering as mentioned in another review and we entered wearing ours (I think this is actually a good policy). Assistance was offered and we said we wanted to look around. We were given all the time we wanted and allowed to take quite a long time - every so often we were politely asked if we had any questions and we would ask a couple then just go back to trying to decide without any sales pressure at all (exactly how I like to shop!). Once we made a decision our order was written up and, since our choice was in stock, we were able to schedule a delivery date which was sooner than I expected we could get. Delivery and setup/installation (plus removal of the old washer) was accomplished by a courteous, competent and careful delivery team who are employees of Bobby Teague. Working with Bobby Teague RD Appliances has been a completely satisfactory experience.
