Several months ago we purchased our washers and dryers from Plaza Appliance. There were problems with the appliances and we reported the issues to the store. The store stuck with us until the manufacturer fixed them and now they are working beautifully. We would recommend Plaza for their excellent customer service.

I tried to purchase a Speed Queen TC5 Clothes Washing Machine from these people. I came in ready to purchase. They wanted to charge me for delivery, carrying the washer up a flight of stairs times two flights of stairs, deaposale of our previous washer. They wanted to charge me a total of $180.00 more for all of this. Not to mention $1499.00 for the washer as well. I refuse to be penny, nickled, and dimed for this that and another. I was willing to pay for delivery and deaposale of the old washer. Not charging me an additional $70.00 to go up stairs.

We bought our washer and dryer about 7 years ago, and they’re still working perfectly! It’s rare to find appliances that hold up this well over time. A big shoutout to the store for being so reliable—excellent products and truly outstanding customer service. They really stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and a trustworthy place to buy. Hats off to the team for such great service!

Recently needed to purchase a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer. Ought all 3 because of in store stock, competence of store staff and quick delivery by store employees NOT outside vendors. That's because when you have a problem you're fighting with the big box store and their outside vendor. Store staff has excellent product knowledge and technical skills. Prices are competitive and product knowledge was a winner for me.
