Long story short: save your money and go to Lowe's
I don't write reviews often, especially not long horrible ones but I truly can not express how horrible of an experience this has been. As a small business owner, we will never recommend Ferguson to clients, friends, or family again - maybe somebody that we really feel like wasting their time, energy, and money.
Customer Service and Accessibility: If you're young, you're going to be ignored. Sales reps can not be directly called, only emailed. The front desk ladies are forced to try to assist you instead of forwarding to the rep or their VM, but when they aren't involved in the project its very annoying, difficult, and time-consuming to reexplain everything.
Phone Assistance: Need assistance with something? Don't worry the phone number on the reps email is a basic call center that the people can only assist with EXTREMELY limited things and are very rude. After waiting on hold for over 20mins, another random call center employee accidentally hung up on me - great, mistakes are made - but at that point they had my order and contact information pulled up and could've reconnected the call.
Order Issues: Ferguson shipped us random additional products we did not order instead of ours, which was a nightmare for returns. Our order moved around the city for a week then was sent to Indiana. We already were so limited on options with their bare bones inventory - looks like a lot online, but what they have available to be delivered soon isn't much.
Positive: Mariah Urias, the fifth person I talked to, was finally able to help me and expedite the shipping. I appreciated her assistance and great attitude.
Edit: after sharing my concerns and frustrations with our original sales rep. She argued that products had been delivered.. which is very weird since the direct link she had shared with me showed that Ferguson had not delivered the product and had returned it to their Indiana facility. Even after expressing our concerns, the reps can not be bothered to double check behind themselves.
