Folks were neat and clean, and installation was adequate, but the junction box was not secured to the cabinet and the mount bar for the drain hose was absent. I had to screw in the box and make a mount bar to ensure that the drain had a proper trap configuration.

I was in and out and under a half hour the sales rep Rebecca Was so informative and friendly She educated me and took the time to really explain what I needed to know about washing machines that would fit my needs. The prices are very affordable and you are supporting Local and they have a warranty and! They have a repair service so if you need anything appliance wise this is the place to be!

Brent was very friendly and a knowledgeable technician. He found the problem with our LG Dryer, and replaced the part immediately. Brent offered advice on other appliance brands, and we would request him in the future should we have problems with our other appliances.
