Bought a couple of Air conditioners online for my parents with a 'pick up in store' option. Got a few confirmation emails, but didn't have some specific 'bar code' required to pick up. However, Soraya, the manager in charge sought to find a solution. I don't want to use Amazon, would rather use local. I love getting great service like this. Please visit this PC RIchard & Son. We had an excellent experience at PC Richard & Son in New Hyde Park today thanks to Igor. He was knowledgeable, patient, and completely no-pressure, helping us choose the appliance that best fit our needs. He also took the time to show us their impressive mattress selection, which was truly educational. We learned a lot and never felt rushed. When it's time for a new mattress, we'll definitely be returning to PC Richard & Son—and we'll be looking for Igor!

Had a great experience purchasing my Samsung S95F TV and Samsung soundbar. The entire process was incredibly smooth, fast, and stress-free — I was honestly in and out within 20 minutes. Came in looking to replace my wall AC. Mr. Khan came up to me and we instantly became friends. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the units.
